New Balance MR993 - You Should Have Loved Your Feet More

These New Balance MR993 shoes are all I have worn for the last 11 years. In fact, this is my eighth pair of this model NB shoe. They fit my narrow feet perfectly and they are very comfortable for a fast walking regime. They are the most comfortable shoes and they are longest lasting shoes I have ever owned. This Christmas, I decided to buy a pair to my dad. He loved them just as I did.

For many years, I have been wearing this style of New Balance shoe and never been disappointed. They’re just that good and this is the only pair of shoes my dad wears most of the year. He started off with the MR992, and then switched as New Balance decided to discontinue the MR992 and upgraded to the MR993. The upper of this is extremely breathable and you can feel they have good support just right out of the box.

These the 993s are also awesome shoes for people with wide feet who need to walk half of the day, because they give the support stability and comfort to your feet. In fact, they likely last more than you would like. My husband loves this NB 993’s, too. There is no need to break them in. He put them on the first day he got them and spoke to me that they were as comfortable as the pair he’s worn for a couple of years.

You will find that this men’s new balance 993 is also a solid running racing shoe without an ultra-lightweight, but it lasts a lot longer than a racing pair. My son has been using the predecessors of the 993’s for daily training for years. I purchased these pairs for my son for Christmas, too. He was very happy and these became his everyday-shoes. Being a college student, he does a lot of walking daily. I originally ordered a size 12 but had to exchange for an 11 and 1/2 so I think they run a slightly smaller than his other NB’s.

The shoes are slightly wider than my Asics GT2150 and it seems to me that they run a half size smaller. If it’s needed, you can improve the support by adding some specific New Balance insoles (note: sold separately) as there’s room in them to accommodate a new insole. My son removes the insole and wears his custom orthotics in them and in many his other shoes. You should have loved your feet more, and this made them happy and healthy. This is the shoe only for you. I have recommended it to all of my friends.
