Getting the right shoe size is the most significant thing you can do for your feet. The most common cause of foot pain is a shoe that is too little. If your shoe is too large to get a blister and wind up getting for pain that were so it isn’t good to be too tiny or too giant.

Though you think you know your shoe size it’s best to read measure because over the course of some years it can change. Make sure that you measure your foot when you’re standing up and at the end of the day this is when your foot will be stretched out and swollen. It’s best to take the measurements in centimeters this can be more accurate.

Always remember that shoe manufacturers may use the same sizing system but their shoes are not actually the same size you can see this with your favorite manufacturer can adjust in an appropriate way. Remember if your shoe size falls between two sizes use the larger and if one foot is a larger size than the other use the larger size. Once you have measured and found the dimensions of your feet use the charts count on the shoe sites to convert to the right measurement system.
